Larksville, Pa–Cambridge Retirement Living is pleased to announce the acquisition of Keystone Gardens Estates, the fifty-two bed secured memory care facility at 100 Narrows Road in Larksville, PA.
It is the eighth property to join the Cambridge Retirement Living portfolio and will operate as Cambridge Riverview, a reference to the building’s panoramic view of the Susquehanna River.
Cambridge finalized the acquisition on November 19, 2020.

Cambridge Riverview is not only known for a breathtaking view of the Susquehanna River, but also first-class amenities: a library, a café and tearoom, and a sunlight filled front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. Because the entire building is secured, residents are safe to move and do as they please.
A $1 million renovation to the building will begin soon. Fresh paint, new furniture, and new carpet are planned. Extensive room remodels will proceed as occupancy allows.
