Wampum, PA–Cambridge Retirement Living is pleased to announce Cambridge Falls, a new senior living facility on twenty-six rustic acres opening January 2020 in Wampum, Pa. The opening presents a new, up-to-date choice for families and seniors in Beaver and Lawrence Counties.
Cambridge Falls is a Household Model facility, a new person-centered direction for senior living which focuses on the special relationship between residents and caregivers. Groups of residents, or “Households,” share kitchens, common areas, and caregivers. These small associations each have one team; a group of professionals responsible for twenty-four-seven care, comfort, and attention to the household.
“The Household Model is transforming senior living communities around the world, and we are excited to bring this innovation to Beaver County,” said Cambridge Retirement Living Executive Director Susan DeMeio. “Personal and Memory Care within the Household Model strengthens accountability and empowers care providers to be more responsive and adaptive to seniors’ needs.”
Cambridge Retirement Living has completed substantial improvements to the 22,000 square foot property. The rooms, living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens have all undergone floor-to-ceiling renovation. A new movie theatre joins other Cambridge Falls amenities like outdoor courtyards, fountains, and wooded acres.
Cambridge Retirement Living is a network of personal care facilities that serve residents in western Pennsylvania. Each facility is professionally staffed and licensed in accordance with the laws and requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its flagship facility, Cambridge Warren, has provided personal care to seniors for almost twenty years.
Seniors who join Cambridge Falls in December 2019 are eligible for a fifty-percent deposit reduction–up to $2,200 off.
