Ebensburg, PA–Cambridge Retirement Living is pleased to announce its acquisition of Rebekah Manor Wellness Community, the senior care facility at 4848 Admiral Peary Hwy in Ebensburg, PA.
Rebekah Manor is the latest property to join the Cambridge Retirement Living and will be known as Cambridge Ebensburg. Cambridge finalized the acquisition on December 18, 2019.
“We are very excited to extend our resources, expertise, and standards to the seniors of Ebensburg and surrounding Cambria County,” said Cambridge Retirement Living Executive Director of Operations Susan DeMeio. “We are looking forward to serving this community for years to come.”
Cambridge Retirement Living is a network of personal and memory care facilities that serve residents in western Pennsylvania. Each facility is professionally staffed and licensed in accordance with the laws and requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its flagship facility, Cambridge Warren, has provided personal care to seniors for almost twenty years.
Renovations have begun and include the addition of a movie theatre, beauty parlor, computer lab, and new activities area. Floor-to-ceiling improvements to rooms and personal spaces will proceed as vacancies permit. Cambridge Ebensburg will remain fully operational as facility renovations are undertaken and completed.
Donna Vena will remain as the Cambridge Ebensburg Administrator. She is excited to join the Cambridge Retirement Living team and looks forward to leading Cambridge Ebensburg into its bright future as a vibrant, high-quality community of active, healthy seniors.
